Dr Paulo De Andrade Dr. Paulo De Andrade, MD, FAAFP
Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Family Medicine at the University of Kansas School of Medicine

Dr. De Andrade finished his residency in Family Medicine in 2013 at the Wichita Falls Family Medicine Residency Program, an affiliate of the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas. He is trained and experienced in various areas including Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care, and Ambulatory Care. Dr. De Andrade is an active member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, Kansas Academy of Family Physicians, American Board of Family Medicine, and Kansas Medical Society. Board Certified, he is licensed to practice medicine in Kansas, Oklahoma, and Texas. Dr. De Andrade is trilingual, fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish. Dr. De Andrade enjoys promoting health, wellness, and quality of life emphasizing the importance of lifestyle changes. Dr. De Andrade serves as Ellis County Deputy District Coroner, Trego County Emergency Medical Services Medical Director, and he holds a Degree of Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians.

Lisa Frost ARNP Lisa J. Frost, APRN-FNP-BC

Lisa Frost is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse. She graduated from Fort Hays State University. Lisa is currently working on her DNP (Doctor of Nursing Practice) through Kansas University.

David Day PA David B. Day, PA-C

David Day received his PA degree from WSU in 1995 and obtained a Masters in PA studies from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 1999. He received the Kansas PA of the Year Award in 2004 and was recognized as Distinguished Fellow of the American Academy of PAs in 2008. David has served as Chair of the Physician Assistant Council for the Kansas Board of Healing Arts and has been a member for over 13 years. David also was a Past President of the Kansas Academy of Physician Assistants.

Elizabeth Stevenson APRN

Elizabeth Stevenson, APRN-C, FNP

Elizabeth is a 2015 graduate of Fort Hays State University with her Master of Science in Nursing. Her Family Nurse Practitioner clinical experiences included family medicine practices in Hays, Salina, and Colby, Kansas. Prior to receiving her Master's Degree, Elizabeth worked as a certified nursing assistant at a rural Kansas hospital while obtaining her Associate of Applied Science in Nursing. Following her associate degree she continued her education and graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2012. She continued to work as an RN in rural hospitals and has extensive experience working in two large emergency rooms in Kansas.
