Welcome to TCLMH Long Term Care

Trego County Lemke Memorial Hospital's Long Term Care welcomes you to visit its facility offering a neighborhood approach to residential living. We are a small but caring 37 bed intermediate care facility. Private and semiprivate rooms are available. Residents include those requiring short-term nursing care and rehabilitation and those who are especially frail and require long-term nursing care. The residents' individual needs are always respected. The LTCU is connected to the hospital, where emergency care is available around the clock.

All meals are prepared on site by our dietary staff. We offer three fresh and nutritious meals each day as well as evening snacks for residents. A snack cart is available through-out the day for residents and family to enjoy. Selective menus and buffet dining is now available at for breakfast, lunch and evening meal.
